Located in the heart of Hialeah just off Okeechobee and West 12th Ave.
CFXSTUDIOSMIAMI is a 3200sqft of useable multi use production facility where your budget goes further. Easily accessible from all major highways, 10 minutes from the Miami International Airport and a 15-20 minute ride from some of the most pristine beaches in the world, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, and Doral areas.
Our versatile space is great for any production from film, television, commercials, music videos, makers space, set builds, meetings, events, photography, rehearsals, and more. We offer our production space to stay within budget when bigger studios are just out of range.
The great thing about our production space is accessibility to CONFETTI & FOG FX SPECIAL EFFECTS COMPANY right next door. A full service special effects company with the largest and most unique inventory of special effects equipment in South Florida.

RATES
Studio Rates:

Full Day $800.00 (12 hours)
Half Day $500.00 (6 hours)*
Part Day $300.00 (3 hours)** (ONLY AVAILABLE RIGHT AFTER ANOTHER SESSION HAS ENDED)
Studio Hours: 24/7/365
Studio Overtime Rate: $99 per hour. FIRM.
Deposit required to hold dates for studio plus a $300 (refundable) incidental deposit required all for rentals.
Additional Studio Services and Fees below (Including breach of contract)
$1800.00 - Cyclorama color change with return to white.
$ 300.00 - Fresh floor
$ 500.00 - Smoking inside the building
$ 300.00 - Non cleanup or messy return
$ 100.00 - Damage to any wall per foot (12"x12")
$ 500.00 - Damage to rooms and furniture, plus replacements
$ 100.00 - Cancellation within 10 days of use

Production Office
Our Production office and conference room is the perfect size for any production. Its features an 8 chair conference table, loveseat and chair. A restroom is available inside the room and Wifi is available throughout the whole studio.
Makeup & Wardrobe
130sqft of useable space. 13' x 10' wide by 10' High. Dual makeup stations with dual changing rooms. Clothes rack is included in the room.
